Dallas owner Jerry Jones has reportedly started some internal discussion about acquiring wide receiver Joe Horn from Atlanta, according to ESPN's Ed Werder.
Horn has been rumored to want a trade from the Falcons while the Cowboys are looking to add a veteran wide receiver alongside Pro Bowler Terrell Owens.
Those within the organization that oppose trading for Horn prefer to continue seeking Detroit's Roy Williams or Arizona's Anquan Boldin.

Taylor Not Interested In Packers

It was reported last week that Green Bay was interested in acquiring Taylor from the Dolphins.
"I don't see it happening," a source close to Taylor said.
Report: Packers Interested In Jason Taylor
The Packers are reportedly interested in acquiring Dolphins DE Jason Taylor, according to ESPN.com.
Miami apparently wants Taylor to play one final season for them, but Green Bay hasn't stopped checking about his availability.
"We don't comment on rumors," Dolphins spokesman Harvey Greene said.
"Anytime you can get a guy of that caliber, you'd want to try to get him," Packers defensive tackles coach Robert Nunn said. "But I don't get involved in anything like that."
Banner Says Lito Skipping Workouts Won't Force Trade
Eagles' President Joe Banner said on Thursday that Lito Sheppard skipping the team's workouts recently will not force them to trade the disgruntled cornerback, according to The Philadelphia Daily News.
"He will be with us this year," Banner said of Sheppard, who became especially disgruntled when the team signed Asante Samuel earlier this offseason.
Sparano Wants Taylor Back With Dolphins
Head Coach Tony Sparano wants defensive end Jason Taylor back with the Dolphins next summer, according to The South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
"I really wanted to make a point to Jason that we as an organization and certainly me as a head coach want to see Jason Taylor back here with the Miami Dolphins in uniform out on the field doing what he does best ... and that's running after quarterbacks and sacking quarterbacks," Sparano said during an interview on WQAM (560-AM) on Tuesday night. "I think at the end of our visit, I know that Jason knows that's how I feel and we feel as an organization right now."
Sheppard Skipping Eagles' Voluntary Workouts
Philadelphia cornerback Lito Sheppard skipped the team's voluntary workout on Tuesday amid frustration with his contract, according to The Associated Press.
Sheppard, a two-time Pro Bowler, had his status placed in doubt when the team signed free-agent corner Asante Samuel several months ago.
Sheppard attended the mandatory post-draft minicamp in May and split time in workouts with Samuel and Sheldon Brown. At the time, he said he was hopeful the situation could be resolved.
Taylor Says He Hasn't Requested Trade
Jason Taylor called a press conference on Sunday afternoon to deny rumors that he has asked the Dolphins to trade him this offseason, according to The Associated Press.
He also said that he wants to play one more season before moving onto an acting career. He did, however, hint that he wouldn't mind being traded by Miami.
"Do I want to be here? Yeah, I'd love to be here," Taylor said Sunday morning. "I would love to be a Dolphin and win games and have it work out for everybody. But that may not be the case."
"I want to win in '08. That's what I want to do," Taylor said. "And I've told the Dolphins from Day 1 that was my intention. My intentions right now are to play one more year. I've tried to give the Dolphins the opportunity, if they wanted to do something and move me, then I was OK with that. If they can get value for me, then do that. That was the conversation we had behind closed doors a long time ago."
